At the ground floor of Villa Copenhagen, more specifically underneath our Hidden Garden and in the adjoining areas,
you'll find our meeting & event spaces. The former square and main distribution center of the post office,
with messengers coming in and out on their horses, now facilitate communication in more modern and technological terms.
SQUARE & STUDIOS
Villa Copenhagen brings people together as an international hub for meetings and events in the heart of Copenhagen. Able to accommodate 1200 people, Square, with its great walls of old boulders and the adjoining 8 studios, provides a sense of history and importance when hosting everything from big events, conferences or intimate meetings.

A CONSCIOUS CHOICE
At Villa we are taking full responsibility for our environmental footprint. As a cornerstone in Villa's business, our conference facilities are no excuse.
Together with Danish pioneer in sustainable furniture design and production, Mater, we have up-cycled 2.2 tons of ocean waste plastic and turned it into 800 conference chairs. For you, for us and for the ocean.
For every kilo of plastic waste that is recycled, the globe is saved for 1.7 kilos of CO2 compared to the production of, for example, virgin plastic. To partner up with Mater and choose a carefully produced design for our chairs has minimized the carbon footprint by more than 3.7 tons of CO2, and supported our common goal of supporting the UN SDGs of responsible consumption and production.
BOARDROOM
When a space is just made for special occasions. The Boardroom has been interpreted and designed by Shamballa Jewels and their in-house designer, Olga Krukovskaya, with respect for the old expression and with emphasis on the luxurious ambiance of the room.
PLAYROOM
Playroom is a dynamic and playful space for meetings and events. It is a multi functional space that can be used in endless ways. Connect with our wine and cocktail bar, T37, for an extra festive event.
